Orders placed on or before 11:00 AM typically ship the same business day. Orders after 11:00 AM ship the next business day.
- Standard shipping is FREE for all patient orders within the continental U.S.
- Standard shipping is FREE for practitioner orders over $350 shipped within the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico (exceptions may apply).
- For practitioner orders under $350, shipping will be determined based on the provider and options chosen.
- For all other U.S. territories, shipping is calculated based on actual costs.
- Please note that FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes and will only accept shipments to a valid street address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We currently ship internationally to the following countries via FedEx: Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Spain, United Kingdom, Sweden, and Portugal. Shipping rates are calculated by order size and value during checkout.
- Customs regulations differ by country - not knowing the regulations for your country can result in high import duties, delayed delivery or returned shipments. Also, check to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are going to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.
- Please allow up to two to four weeks for delivery, barring any unforeseen Clearance/Customs issues. The end user is responsible for any duty/tax that is due at time of delivery.
