Position Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare practitioners and driving revenue growth through strategic and consultative selling techniques. This role requires a passion for natural health, a deep understanding of the practitioner-exclusive supplement market, and the ability to effectively communicate the clinical value of Natura's product line.

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

Sales and Practitioner Engagement (60%)

    • Build and nurture relationships with healthcare practitioners including naturopaths, integrative physicians, clinical herbalists, and nutritionists
    • Educate practitioners on Natura’s formulations, emphasizing therapeutic applications and quality differentiators
    • Conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate product solutions based on practitioner and patient needs
    • Generate new practitioner accounts and grow existing business
    • Support practitioners in effectively recommending and integrating products

 

Performance & CRM Management (20%)

    • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
    • Track all sales activity and maintain detailed account records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
    • Analyze sales data and trends to identify new growth opportunites

 

Professional Development & Collaboration (15%)

    • Stay current on developments in herbal medicine, nutritional science, and integrative health practices
    • Collaborate with marketing to refine practitioner education tools and sales materials
    • Participate in industry webinars, conferences, and educational events

 

Regulatory & Industry Compliance (5%)

    • Ensure communications and recommendations align with FDA regulations for dietary supplements
    • Maintain familiarity with GMP standards relevant to supplement sales and distribution

 

Qualifications

    • 2+ years of successful inside sales experience, preferably in the professional-grade supplement or nutraceutical space
    • Strong network of healthcare practitioner contacts preferred
    • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex health topics clearly and persuasively
    • Knowledge of botanical medicine, nutrition, and integrative health practices
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
    • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently and in team settings
    • Willingness to travel as needed

 

Preferred Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Herbalism, Natural Health, Health Coaching,or a related field
    • Experience in consultative selling and practitioner-exclusive business models
    • Knowledge of FDA regulations and GMP standards

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Copywriter, Content Strategist & Email Marketing Specialist to develop compelling, high-converting email campaigns and marketing collateral that resonate with our practitioner and patient audiences. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the natural health and wellness space, can translate complex medical and nutritional concepts into engaging copy, and is skilled in AI-powered content generation tools to optimize workflow and enhance personalization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing & Campaign Strategy (Primary Focus)

  • Develop and execute 10-14 strategic email campaigns per month, including promotional, educational, and automated nurture sequences.
  • Write compelling subject lines, body copy, and CTAs to maximize open and conversion rates.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations for dietary supplements, while maintaining brand integrity and voice.
  • Write and build email campaigns, including layout design, using ActiveCampaign (or a similar ESP), ensuring responsive formatting and visually compelling presentation."
  • Design and optimize email templates, incorporating brand visuals, stock photography, and infographics to maximize engagement
  • Monitor campaign performance using ActiveCampaign analytics, GA4, and Hotjar, refining strategy based on A/B testing, segmentation, and behavioral triggers.

 

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

  • Write long-form and short-form marketing collateral such as product brochures, catalog, sales sheets, educational PDFs, and practitioner-facing materials.
  • Develop landing pages for new product launches, webinars, and promotions.
  • Maintain and refine the brand’s authoritative yet approachable voice, ensuring all content aligns with Natura’s commitment to science-backed, practitioner-trusted formulations.

 

Creative & Design Execution

  • Edit stock photography and create visually compelling assets for emails, landing pages, and marketing collateral.
  • Design engaging infographics in Canva to simplify complex scientific or medical concepts.
  • Ensure best practices in email layout design, leveraging modular templates and responsive formatting for optimal performance.
  • Develop mockups for webpages to align with campaign goals and improve user experience.
  • Design collateral in Adobe InDesign, including brochures, sales sheets, and PDF guides.
  • Collaborate with design teams to refine brand aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling for practitioner and consumer audiences

 

AI-Powered Content Optimization & Performance Analysis

  • Utilize AI-driven tools (e.g., Jasper, Copy.ai, ChatGPT) to generate drafts, refine messaging, and personalize content at scale.
  • Monitor campaign performance using ActiveCampaign analytics, GA4, and Hotjar, refining strategy based on data insights.
  • Develop AI-driven workflows for automated content repurposing (e.g., turning long-form content into email snippets, landing pages, and whitepapers).

 

Cross-Team Collaboration & Thought Leadership

  • Partner with the social media agency to refine content, ensuring alignment with brand voice and medical credibility.
  • Support webinar promotions and practitioner engagement through email campaigns and digital assets.
  • Work with packaging designers and compliance teams to ensure branding, messaging, and regulatory adherence.
  • Align with e-commerce and sales teams to optimize lead nurturing sequences and promotional assets.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in functional medicine, botanical research, and integrative health marketing.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing, content strategy, or copywriting within the health and wellness industry.
  • Strong email marketing expertise, including automation, A/B testing, segmentation, and CRM workflows (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
  • Proven ability to write high-converting, engaging email sequences and marketing collateral.
  • Write, design, and build email campaigns in ActiveCampaign (or a similar ESP), optimizing templates with brand visuals, stock photography, and infographics to maximize engagement.
  • Experience utilizing AI-powered content tools to enhance writing efficiency and personalization.
  • Deep understanding of functional medicine, natural health, and integrative healthcare (familiarity with thought leaders is a plus).
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices, conversion optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to synthesize scientific research and practitioner insights into compelling narratives.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
