Product Recipes

With all recipes, we recommend using organic ingredients whenever possible.

TEA RECIPES

Immunitea

1 tsp. Immucare I and/or II powder
1 black (caffeinated or decaf) or rooibos teabag
1 tsp. honey or agave nectar

Combine Immucare and sweetener in a mug and add just enough hot water to create a paste. Add teabag, fill with hot water and steep 5-7 minutes. Optional: add soy milk or other creamer to taste. Mix well.

Cocoa-Maca Immunitea

1 tsp. Immucare I powder
1 tsp. maca powder
1 chai teabag (caffeinated or decaf)
1 tsp. honey or agave nectar

Combine powders and sweetener in a mug and add just enough hot water to create a paste . Add teabag, fill with hot water and steep 5-7 minutes. After water cools slightly, add 1 heaping tsp. raw cacao (chocolate) powder. Optional: add soy milk or other creamer to taste. Mix well.

Chocolate Chai

1 tsp. Immucare I powder
½ tsp. Botanical Treasures powder
1 tsp. maca powder
1 tsp. astragalus powder
1 chai teabag (caffeinated or decaf)
1 scoop coconut milk powder

Combine powders in a mug and add just enough hot water to create a paste. Add teabag and fill with hot water. Cover and steep 5-7 minutes. Add 1 tsp. raw cacao (chocolate) powder and mix well. Optional: add sweetener and/or creamer (half and half or soy milk) to taste. Mix well and continue to stir as you drink.

Mango Ceylon Coconut Tea

½ tsp. Immucare I powder
¼ tsp. Botanical Treasures powder
1 tsp. maca powder
1 tsp. astragalus powder
2 tbsp. coconut milk powder
1 Mango Ceylon teabag
1 tsp. honey or agave nectar

Combine powders in a mug and add just enough hot water to create a paste. Add teabag and fill with hot water. Cover and steep for 10 minutes. Add sweetener and/or creamer (half and half or soy milk) to taste. Mix well and continue to stir as you drink.

Bloodbuilder Immunitea

1 tsp. Immucare I powder
1 tbsp. organic blackstrap molasses
1 cup soy milk

Combine Immucare and molasses in a mug. Heat soy milk and pour over mixture, or combine with cold soy milk and add ice.

ADDITIONAL RECIPES

Pancake or Waffle Topping

1 scoop (10 grams) Beyond Whey
1 oz. plain yogurt
1/2 tbsp. shredded coconut
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 peach (remove skin & slice) or ¾ cup berries

Mix ingredients in a bowl and use as a topping for pancakes or waffles.

SMOOTHIE RECIPES

Smoothie Supreme

1 scoop (10 grams) Beyond Whey (add last; blend at low speed to avoid damaging the proteins)
1 tsp. Beyond Essential Fats
1 tsp. Botanical Treasures
1 tsp. Immucare I and/or Immucare II
6 oz plain, vanilla, or maple whole milk or goat yogurt
8 oz. mango, apricot, or other non-acidic juice
½ mango, peach or banana (fresh or frozen)
1 cup of berries (strawberry, blueberry, and/or raspberry; fresh or frozen)
½ packet of frozen acai (palmberry) fruit
1 tsp. Mixed Fruit Anthocyanins
1 scoop (10 grams) Coconut Milk Powder
1 tsp. green food concentrate, such as Nanogreens or Synergy

Optional: add almond, soy, or coconut milk and/or water to preferred consistency

Mix in a blender or use an electric hand mixer. Makes 20 oz.

Quick Smoothie

1 scoop (10 grams) Beyond Whey
8 oz. mango or papaya juice or 1 cup yogurt (add water to thin)

Use a blender or electric hand mixer for easy blending and to prevent clumping.


Quick and Simple Drink

1 tsp. Botanical Treasures
1 scoop (10 grams) Beyond Whey
4 oz. mango, papaya or guava juice
4 oz. vanilla soy milk

Blend and serve over ice.

SALAD DRESSINGS

Anti-Oxidant Salad Dressing

1 tsp. Botanical Treasures
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Blend for 1 minute and toss with a light salad. Add 1 tsp. Beyond Essential Fats if desired. For extra flavor add anchovies and/or pomegranate molasses.


Essential Fats Creamy Salad Dressing

1 tbsp Beyond Essential Fats
3 – 6 oz. plain yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 & ½ tbsp. lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
