Shipping

• Orders are shipped from Oregon.
• Orders placed by 12:30 pm Pacific Time are shipped the same day (excluding weekends and holidays).
• See chart for shipping rates. Call the office for other shipping methods.
• Standard shipping carriers are chosen based on size and weight of parcels and speed of delivery.
• Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are considered domestic locations.
• International shipping is available to many countries using USPS Express. Please read our International Shipping Guidelines, available upon request and at our website.

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Net 30 accounts are considered after 12 months.

Product Returns

All returns must be pre-approved. Once a return is authorized it must be received by Natura within 15 business days. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. Full refunds will be considered within 30 days of purchase. This applies to products in their original condition.

Shipment Discrepancies

Please check your package carefully upon receiving it to make sure that the items received match the items ordered. If there are discrepancies we need to be notified within 5 business days of the receipt of your package.
