The Natura Inflammation Protocol is designed as a basic template for assisting the body in the modulation of the inflammatory cascade. Inflammation is often referred to as a cascade or a cycle due to its self promoting nature. A naturally occurring process, inflammation is intimately involved in the healing process of the human body, such as the regeneration of tissue. If this process gets out of control, a host of medical problems and disease can occur.

Inflammation is more than just arthritis or trauma. The bigger picture reveals that it is involved in all chronic diseases, including cancer. Most cancers are known to occur more frequently in people with certain well-known inflammatory diseases, such as inflammatory bowel disease, hepatitis, or autoimmune conditions. Low levels of inflammation, a result of such things as viruses, asbestos exposure, obesity, and increased levels of stress in general, leads to oxidative damage. The inflammation process caused by chronic viruses such as HPV puts one at risk for several forms of cancer. The most notable example of this is the well described relationship between women with HPV and cervical cancer. Although the explicit mechanisms are undefined at present, there is a direct relationship between the viral infection and an increase in inflammatory stress, which leads to subsequent genetic damage and increased cellular mutation. Natura’s Inflammation Protocol works at the cellular level to normalize and regulate the inflammatory response and protect the body from oxidative damage.

Additions for the promotion of anabolic ‘healing energy’ such as healing from surgery, broken bones, or any chronic degenerative conditions, such as osteoarthritis, use:

Botanabol: 3 caps, 3x daily
Amino Max: 4 caps, 2-3x daily
Night Gain: 4 - 6 caps before bed or 4 - 6 before bed and 2 upon waking
Alternate daily: Immucare I and Immucare II: 6 caps, 2-3x daily.

Additions for specific inflammatory conditions:

Aller-Res-Q: chew 2 tabs, 3 - 5x daily for any allergic inflammatory conditions such as Hay Fever, poison oak or ivy, gouty arthritis, inflammatory bowel, or skin conditions such as eczema, and especially reactions to drugs or toxins.

Cell Guardian: 3 caps 1 - 3x daily for inflammation due to chemical sensitivity. Also use ImmuCare II, 6 caps, 2 - 3x daily

Other additions for specific inflammatory conditions:

Bromelain: 2400 GDU or better, 1000 - 1500 mg, 3-5x daily between meals for acute injuries, strains, bruises, post-surgery, or acute flares of autoimmune conditions. This is also very beneficial for rheumatoid arthritis and arthritis.
